How long is each course?

Each course time is specified on the registration page. On average courses typically run about 9.5 hours. This accounts for multiple breaks as well as a lunch break.

Our courses are intense and require full participation. We design our courses to ensure no quality is lost through virtual delivery in comparison to our face-to-face courses.

What language is the course condcucted in?

Our courses are all conducted in English. However, we welcome students from anywhere in the world.

What type of activities can I expect during the course?

Our course is comprised of lectures, illustrations, group discussion, group breakouts, videos, polls and quizzes. We seek to vet comprehension throughout the course and give students tools & techniques to take back to their organization.

What can I expect from the trainer teaching this course?

Our trainer(s) are industry thought leaders whom have been vetted by the leadership of the Agile community. They hold the highest credentials from the most respected and well-known accrediting bodies; i.e., Scrum Alliance, SAFe, LeSS, etc.

What do I get for taking this course?

Will I be certified after taking this course?

No. Our aim is to train you on your selected course topic(s) in order for you to help your organization in their adoption of Scrum and its pursuit of agility. However, you will be prepared to pass the corresponding exam from your choice of accrediting body after completing our course(s).

You will receive a signed certificate of completion for full attendance and participation in our courses. The certificate will document the hours completed for the course and the printed name of our Scrum trainer.

What is your refund policy?

We do not offer refunds for any course regardless of reason. There will be absolutely no exceptions. Please consider reading the What to Know page in full before moving forward with your registration.

We will allow a registered student to move their registration to a later date should they not be able to attend their scheduled course.
